What we collect and why

• Table requests: name, email, phone, party size, date, time, notes. Legal basis: performance of the contract (managing your booking). Kept for 24 months, then deleted.
• Share reward codes: an anonymous code and the channel used. No personal data.
• Technical logs: IP address and request data kept by the hosting provider for security, up to 30 days.

Cookies

Only technical cookies: your language choice and, for the owner, the login session. No advertising or profiling cookies. See the cookie policy.

Where the data goes

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Hetzner, Finland) managed by Fidus Media on behalf of the restaurant. Booking emails are sent through Resend. No data is sold or shared for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to processing, by writing to 06 8442 1146. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy).

Minors

The booking form is intended for adults. If you are under 18, ask an adult to book for you.
